Below is an outline of the services performed with our R22, R44, and R66 inspection and maintenance.

R22 2200 Hour Inspection and Maintenance
The following outlines work performed in compliance with RHC R22 Beta 2200 hour inspection and maintenance by Quantum Helicopters at our Chandler AZ facility. This assumes the aircraft has been properly maintained, undamaged and without excessive corrosion and in airworthy condition. Upon receipt of the aircraft, including all parts, logbooks, signed work authorization, and deposit, the aircraft will be disassembled, inspected, repaired, and reassembled with the new and overhauled components as required by the R22 Maintenance Manual. The price will include an engine overhauled to Textron/Lycoming factory specifications, and using genuine Lycoming parts. The overhaul includes the following:

All overhauled or new components will receive RHC’s one-year or 1000-hour (whichever occurs first) limited warranty. Base overhaul does not include avionics, instruments, floats, searchlights, or other specialized equipment. Base overhaul also does not include new paint. Painting can be quoted, but will incur additional cost and increase in completion time. Prices for the 4400-hour overhaul would vary from the Base price depending on the additional life limited components requiring replacement.
Life Limited components and other parts requiring replacement not included in basic overhaul will normally be replaced at cost.
Completion time is approximately 8-12 weeks, assuming no delays in supply chain.
Base price does not include RHC core deposit. Customer is responsible for all core charges or charges for parts rejected for overhaul by RHC.
Quantum Helicopters or Robinson Helicopter Company will retain all parts not re-used in the overhaul process. Any parts not included with the helicopter at time of overhaul will be replaced at list price as stated in the current RHC price list.
R44 2200 Hour Inspection and Maintenance
The following outlines work performed in compliance with RHC R44 Raven/RavenII 2200 hour inspection and maintenance performed by Quantum Helicopters at our Chandler AZ facility. This assumes the aircraft has been properly maintained, undamaged and without excessive corrosion and in airworthy condition. Upon receipt of the aircraft, including all parts, logbooks, signed work authorization, and deposit, the aircraft will be disassembled, inspected, and reassembled with the new and overhauled components and work performed as required by the R44 Maintenance Manual. The price will include 2000 hour PMI on RR300 engine by approved Rolls Royce vendor. The overhaul includes the following:
All parts contained in RHC R66 2000 Hour Inspection and Maintenance kit and new interior. Various small parts and hardware not included in kit but required as necessary. Annual inspection and avionics certifications as required.
